At CoCreate, we love building community among people and talent leaders. It might sound obvious, but our work wouldn’t happen without the people. We know that these days, people are craving more meaningful in-person experiences, so we teamed up with Juicebox, a leader in AI sourcing, to create exactly that. Over dinner, we brought together leaders from AI-forward companies (including Airtable, Atoms, Baseten, Benchling, Cursor, Decagon, Gamma, OpenAI, Scale AI, Sierra, and Vercel) to talk about all things AI and recruiting.

Vercel: a number of critical customer success engineering roles
Auctor: engineering hires (they just raised $20M Series A)
Parasail: engineering & GTM hiring support
Saris: ongoing search for a few key roles
Headway: wrapped R4R support to get them scaled up
Juxtapose: supporting engineering hires both in-house and for their portfolio companies
Common Room: we recently wrapped up a two-month embedded GTM engagement with their team, where we made ten hires. Thanks to Danielle Sander, Common Room’s Head of Customer Success, for her kind words and shout-out to one of our team members ⬇️
